By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free experience for customers using our car rental in North Goa and cab in North Goa services. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
General Terms
Service Provider
Go Goa Car Rental and Taxi provides self-drive car rental services and taxi/cab services across Goa, with a strong focus on North Goa locations including Anjuna, Vagator, Arambol, Calangute, Baga, and nearby areas.
Eligibility
Customers must be 18 years or older to book a taxi and 21 years or older to rent a self-drive car. A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all bookings.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking through call, WhatsApp, website, or any other platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Taxi & Cab Service Terms (Cab in North Goa)
Service Overview
Our taxi services are designed for airport transfers, local sightseeing, point-to-point travel, and outstation trips within Goa.
Booking & Payment
- Taxi bookings can be made in advance or on the same day, subject to availability.
- Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or other approved digital modes.
- Full payment or advance payment may be required depending on the service type.
Usage & Conduct
- Taxi fare includes vehicle charges and driver fees unless otherwise mentioned.
- Customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully with drivers.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the cab are strictly prohibited.
Waiting Time & Delays
- Free waiting time is limited and may vary depending on the booking type.
- Extended waiting time may result in additional charges.
Cancellations
- Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable.
Liability
- Go Goa Car Rental and Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, or government regulations.
- Personal belongings left in the cab are the customer’s responsibility.
Self-Drive Car Rental Terms (Car Rental in North Goa)
Documents Required
- Valid Driving License (original)
- Government-issued ID proof (Aadhar / Passport / Voter ID)
- Local address proof or hotel booking confirmation (if requested)
Booking & Payment
- Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
- Rental charges must be paid in advance or at pickup time.
- Prices may vary during peak season, weekends, or festivals.
Pickup & Drop Policy
- Pickup & Drop service will be charged ₹500 each (₹500 for pickup and ₹500 for drop).
- Self-pickup is available at designated locations as per agreement.
Refundable Security Deposit
- ₹3,000 refundable deposit for Hatchback & Sedan cars
- ₹5,000 refundable deposit for SUV & MPV vehicles
- Deposit will be refunded after vehicle return and inspection, provided there is no damage, violation, or outstanding charges.
Time Policy
- Standard rental time is 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM (24 hours).
- Returning time can be extended till 10:00 AM maximum.
- After 10:00 AM, an extra full day charge will be applicable.
Vehicle Usage Rules
- Vehicles are strictly for use within Goa unless prior written permission is obtained.
- Off-roading, racing, towing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- The customer is responsible for any traffic fines, challans, or legal violations during the rental period.
Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level.
- Fuel charges are not included in the rental price.
Damage & Liability
- Any damage, scratches, dents, or mechanical issues caused during the rental period will be charged to the customer.
- In case of an accident, the customer must inform us immediately.
- Insurance coverage does not cover negligence, drunk driving, or rule violations.
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Self-Drive)
- Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial refunds.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Refundable deposits will be processed after vehicle inspection.
Late Return & Penalties
- Late return beyond the allowed grace period will result in additional charges.
- Severe delays may be charged at the full daily rental rate.
Modification of Terms
Go Goa Car Rental and Taxi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be applicable immediately upon posting.
